Greenhouse Consultants Incorporated was retained by United Consulting to undertake a cultural resources survey and archaeological shovel testing of the proposed Plainville Cellular Tower site in Adairsville, Gordon County, Georgia. Survey fieldwork was conducted on July 28, and August 23, 2000, under direction of senior archaeologist John W. Matthews. William I. Roberts IV, RPA, was the Principal Investigator. Sonia Boyum, staff archaeologist and Diane Hammonds, archaeological technician, served as field crew members.
