Abstract

During May 2008, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the proposed corridor for the Noonday Creek Multi-Use Trail in Cobb County, Georgia. This project was performed as an addendum to the original Phase I survey, which was conducted by EPEI from 2005 through 2007 (Silliman and Pietak 2007). At present, two alternatives for the multi-use trail are under discussion; both are included in the archaeological investigation described in this report (Figure 1). The project was conducted under a contract with Florence & Hutcheson, Inc.
