R.S. Webb & Associates conducted a Phase I cultural resources survey of the proposed Woodbury Park residential development site in south Fulton County, Georgia from April 29 through May 7, 2008. The project area covers approximately 12 hectares (30 acres) and is located approximately 16.4 kilometers (km) west of Ben Hill, in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The study was conducted to locate and identify archeological and historical resources within the project Area of Potential Effects (APE), and to assess resource significance based on National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) criteria [36CFR Part 60.4].
