This project consists of two parts: 1. the addition of 400 sq ft of permanent easement on the north side of Sheraton Drive to allow for the replacement of an existing drainage structure, and 2. the improvement to a driveway off of Arkwright Road that requires an easement. The area of potential effect for this project consists of two parcels of land: 1. a triangular shaped, 400 sq ft parcel located in a drainage bordering the existing right-of-way of Sheraton Drive; 2. a 360 sq ft parcel that straddles a driveway off of Arkwright Road.
