A total of 18 cultural loci or sites were encountered within or adjacent to the Areas of Potential Effect examined during 2005. A summary of the field methods utilized to complete this investigation, as well as a description of the survey items, is presented below. Information pertaining to the natural, prehistoric, and historic settings of the project region, as well as a review of the previous archeological investigations completed in the general vicinity of these project items, is contained in the previously submitted and subsequently reviewed primary project document.
