This addendum report provides additional information and enhanced details in support of the original ineligibility recommendations for those sites deemed potentially eligible by the review agencies. Efforts to enrich the archaeological discussion were constructed based on discussions and guidance from both review agencies regarding site integrity issues, expanded soil discussions, certain methodological decisions, and design plan alterations in relation to potential eligibility recommendations. The additional information is presented in an effort to address all issues and concerns expressed in Army Corps review comments dated 16 March 2001, reiterated in letter form by the Corps to the BPD on 5 April 2001, and agreed to by BPD in letter form dated 4 May 2001. Additionally, this addendum also strives to address new issues expressed in a 31 August, 2001, letter from the Corps to this consultant.
