The area to be effected by the project is a corridor along Green Street and Sycamore Street for a total length of 3,500 feet. Much of the area had been cleared and graded (2250' approx) by the time of the survey. This area was surveyed on foot. All material found appeared to be of relatively recent origin (20th century). Much of the original ground surface in this area was buried under fill brought to the project for grading purposes. The area along Green Street (1200') was also surveyed, but most of this area was covered with concrete, hard surface road, et. No material was recovered from this area of the project. No material of archaeological significance was encountered in the survey of this area. No further investigations are recommended.
