Improvements of existing 4-ft. wide sidewalks on both sides of Roswell Street Project includes new 8-ft. sidewalks and 8-ft. wide strip for landscaping and furniture. Four signalized intersections will be improved with handicap ramps. Some curb cuts (for driveways) will be improved; others will be eliminated. Project will include installing new sidewalks and plantings. The length of the corridor is 0.93 mile. The maximum width of the APE is 80 ft. Since the original project, the ROW has decreased by approximately 1,706 square ft. but the permanent easement has increased by approximately 752 square ft. and the temporary easement has increased by approximately 5,400 square ft. The areas of easement increase did not always coincide with the areas of ROW decrease. For this reason, an addendum Short Form has been submitted. No ROW or easements are.
