Project F-055-2(19), Habersham/Stephens Counties proposes to extend S.R. 365 from U.S. 441 south of Demorest to U.S. 123/S.R. 13 south of Toccoa (Figure 1). The project is entirely on new location and will intersect all other transportation facilities at-grade with the exception of the Southern Railway which it will overpass. As proposed the facility will consist of four twelve-foot lanes divided by a 44-foot wide grassed median. A minimum of 300 feet of right-of-way will be required throughout the project, which totals 12.8 miles in length.
