Abstract

The proposed Cuthbert Industrial Park is located in Randolph County, Georgia. The county is located in the southwestern corner of the state and surrounded by Stewart, Quitman, Clay, Calhoun and Terrell counties. Cuthbert is the largest town in the county and is also the county seat. It is located approximately 60 miles south of Columbus, Georgia and approximately 42 miles west of Albany, Georgia. The proposed industrial park consists of 100.2 acres, .8 miles east of Cuthbert. U.S. Highway 82 forms the northern boundary. The southern boundary is a natural gas line right-of-way. The east and west boundaries are formed by county maintained roads.
