The proposed project consists of 22.4 kilometers (13.9 miles) of shoulder paving on S.R. 23 in Tattnall County. The project would begin at the end of the curb and gutter section in Glennville at mile point 6.86 then continue northerly to Williams Street in Reidsville at mile point 21.08 . All construction is limited to the existing right-of-way on S.R. 23. An archaeological survey consistent with the proposed rights-of-way was conducted for the entire project corridor.
