The Phase I Archaeological Survey was carried out for the propose improvements to the intersection of Boles Road and Bell Road. The project would replace the current tee intersection between Boles Road and Bell Road with a three-leg single lane roundabout. The proposed project plans for a 63 foot ROW on the North-South leg of Bell Road and a 85-115 foot ROW on the East-West Boles/Bell Road. In addition to the new roundabout, the proposed project also plans to construct a multi-use trail on the south side of boles/Bell Road and on the east side of the north leg of Bell Road.
