The proposed project is to be widening of the existing two lane bridge over the Chattahoochee River on S.R. 1 in Franklin. The existing bridge is 700' long and 331 wide with a roadway width of 241. The bridge has steel and concrete substructure with steel beam superstructure and a concrete deck.

Construct approaches and a permanent bridge over Ten Mill Creek on new alignment approximately 3.0 miles north of Baxley in Appling County, Georgia. This will be a concrete bridge, 1221 -011 in length and constructed on wooden piling.
