Abstract

The proposed project would improve the existing railroad grade crossing at Musselwhite Road/CR 117 over the Norfolk Southern Railway near the City of Arabi, Georgia in Crisp County. The project would include the installation of train activated warning devices in the form of gates, flashing lights, bell s, standard roadway signs and safety markings on existing pavement.
