The proposed project would consist of the milling, patching, leveling, resurfacing, and shoulder building on SR 121 in Richmond County, Georgia. The proposed project would begin on SR 121 at SR 88 and continue northerly to an end point at Tobacco Road (generally MP 6.27 to MP 1 0.06). All work will be restricted to within the existing right-of-way.
Pursuant to the February 2000 memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Federal
Highway Administration (FHW A), the State Historic Preservation Officer of the Georgia
Department of Natural Resources (SHPO), and the Georgia Department of Transportation, this
project is considered an undertaking as defined in 36 CFR 800.16(y), however, it has been determined there is no potential to affect historic properties included in or considered eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places.
