Project BLDG-DST3-98-032 involves the construction of a building measuring approximately 22.9 m (75ft) x 9.1 m (30ft) and a pole barn measuring approximately 18.3 m (60ft) x 9.1 m (30ft). The location of these buildings would be on the existing lot of the Lamar County Maintenance Headquarters in District Three on US 341 just southeast of the city of Barnesville. Also included in the proposed project would be the relocation of a chain link fence. No additional right-of-way would be required for the completion of the proposed project. An archaeological survey consistent with the proposed right-of-way was conducted for the entire project area.
