Abstract

Archeological Assessment of a Franklin County Guardrail Project. This project consists of installing guardrails along the outside shoulders and cable rail barriers in the median of I-85, beginning at the Banks/Franklin County Line and ending at the South Carolina State Line. All work will take place within the existing right-of-way, no new right-of-way will be required. Total project length is approximately 23.68 miles.
