Archaeological Assessment of a District 1 Resurfacing Project. The proposed project would consist of the milling, patching, leveling, resurfacing, shoulder building, and placement of pavement markings on SR 8 in Franklin County, Georgia. The proposed project would begin on SR 8 at Westcolck Avenue and continue easterly to an end point at Cobb Memorial Drive (generally MP 4.3 to MP 5.9). All work will be restricted to within the existing right-of-way.
