Abstract

In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project CSSTP-M003-00(33l), Spalding County, Georgia, has been surveyed with respect to archeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). The purpose of the survey was to locate, identify, and evaluate the significance of any archeological resources within the proposed project's area of potential environmental effect.

This proposed project consists of the milling, resurfacing, shoulder building, the upgrade of existing guardrails, installation of new guard rails, and curb cut ramps on SR 92 beginning at US 19 Bus and ending at US 19/SR 92, all work will take place within the existing right-of-way, with no new right-of-way required. Total project length is approximately 1.23 miles.
