The project consists of the construction of a five-foot wide concrete sidewalk with ten-foot wide shoulders along the east side of New Hope Road from Danforth Road to Cascade Road. New curb and gutter, with appropriate drainage structures, will also be constructed. Some gravity wall construction will be required to reduce property impacts in some sections of the project area. Project length is 0.44 miles. The APE for the project includes everything within the proposed construction project length and within the maximum extent of the proposed right-of-way as described above. No previously recorded sites have been reported in the project area or within a 1-km radius. No archaeological surveys have been previously conducted in the project area.
