The proposed project would replace the existing GOOT Bridge 121-0042-0 constructed in 1938, on State Route (SR) 14/US 29 between Mallory Road and Welcome All Road over CSX Railroad {2.6 miles northeast of Union City) with a new bridge with four 12-foot lanes, one 14-foot two-way left turn lane, one 12-foot southbound right turn lane, two-foot gutters, and 5.5-foot sidewalks. The proposed bridge would be approximately 100 feet long. The total deck width would be approximately 92 feet Existing right-of-way (ROW) is approximately 200-250 feet Proposed ROW would be approximately 255--330 feet Project length is approximately .34 mile.
