The project consists of constructing a bridge over I-75 approximately one mile northwest of the Pierce Avenue interchange (see project location map). The proposed project would begin at Riverside Drive, approximately 850 ' northwest of Wimbush Road and would continue northeasterly to the intersection of Clairmont Avenue and Red Oak Drive in the Riverside Park Subdivision in Macon . A minimum of 60' of right-of-way will be required, for the proposed two lane roadway. No DNR survey sites are located along the proposed corridor, and no existing or potentially eligible properties were identified during the field survey. The total length of the project would be approximately 0.25 miles.
