Archeological Assessment of Richmond County Resurfacing Projects. Below are two resurfacing projects located in Richmond County. All work will take place within the existing right-of-way with no new right-of-way required.
l. P.I. M003494, resurfacing, leveling, shoulder building, milling and patching of SR 28 beginning at M.P. 7.34 and ending at M.P. 11.04 - project length is approximately 3.70 miles.
2. P.I. M003495, resurfacing, leveling, milling and patching of SR 104 Connector beginning at M.P. 0.00 and ending at M.P. 0.87- project length is approximately 0.87 mile.
