Abstract

Since the time of the original 2015 survey the design for PI No. 0012788 has undergone modification. Changes to design include an overall reduction in the number of required easements and the enhancement of a substandard curve along SR 120 at the midpoint of the project corridor (Figures 1 and 2). Specific modifications to the project area include:

  1. Project Limit Increase – Project PI No. 0012788 will now begin at STA 98+00.00 instead of 99+00.00.
  2. Removal of southern easement from STA 101+50.00 to STA 108+00.00.
  3. Redesign of southern easement for culvert from STA 118+50.00 to STA 120+30.00.
  4. Redesign of northern easement from STA 122+15.32 to 133+50.00.
  5. Addition of two driveway easements from STA 123+00.00 to 124+05.00.4
  6. Redesign of southern easement from STA 124+85.00 to STA 127+64.95.
  7. Extension of easement for curb and gutter alignment along Abbotts Walk Drive from STA 548+81.58 to SR 120 at STA 131+30.00.
  8. Removal of proposed culvert and rip rap along southern side of SR 120 from STA 132+38.00 to STA 133+38.00. Existing culvert will be maintained.
  9. Southern realignment of SR 120 and an increase construction limit access from STA 134+00.00 to STA 146+50.00.
  10. Obliteration of existing SR 120 pavement from STA 134+00.00 to STA 142+75.00.
  11. Modification of northern SR 120 easement from STA 143+00.00 to STA 145+00.00.
  12. Modification of northern SR 120 easement from STA 148+00.00 to Abbotts Station Drive.
  13. Removal of southern SR 120 easement from STA 151.00 to STA 153+50.00.
  14. Removal and redesign of southern SR 120 easements, culvert, and rip rap from STA 155+85.00 to STA 164+26.00.
  15. Redesign of southern SR 120 easement from STA 167+15.00 to STA 909+00.55 along Primrose Parkway.

Eastern Project Limit decrease from previous End Project at the SR 120/Abbotts Bridge Road and SR 141/Medlock Bridge Road intersection to new End Project at STA 171+75.0
