This is a bridge project, BHMLB-9114(1), located in Clayton County. The bridge is on County Road 1341/ Fielder Road and crosses Panther Creek. The existing structure is a 20 feet long and 22 feet wide bridge constructed out of rubble masonry abutments, steel beams, and corrugated steel deck over layed with asphalt. The existing ROW is 40 feet. The proposed project will replace the existing structure with a double 10 foot by 10 foot concrete bridge culvert. The required ROW us 80 feet. The culvert’s length will be 60 feet. The project length is 600 feet. The project takes place 20 feet east of the existing structure.
