Abstract

The project will consist in the leveling and resurfacing of SR 103 in Harris County beginning at SR 219 (MP 0.00) and extending northwest to end at SR 18 (MP 13.92) in Troup County. A 0.60 meter paved shoulder will be constructed at various locations throughout the project. The total length of the project is 22.365 kilometers.
