This is a bridge project, BRF-145-1(5), located in Toombs/Tattnall Counties. The bridge is on SR 292 and crosses Pendleton Creek and Ohoopee River. The existing structure is 27.8 feet wide and 420 feet long at Pendleton Creek and is 27.8 feet wide and 856 feet long at the Ohoopee River. Both have concrete decks with timber substructures. The existing ROW is 100 feet. The proposed project would replace the bridge over Pendleton Creek with a 420 feet long by 40 foot wide bridge and over the Ohoopee River with a 420 foot long by 40 foot wide bridge. Both will be replaced on the existing alignment. No additional ROW is required.
