The proposed project consists of the construction of a replacement bridge on new location over Barrow Creek and the relocation of a section of C.R. 240 south of Arnoldsville. The project would begin approximately 900 feet west of Barrow Creek and would end approximately 600 feet east of the creek and would consist of the construction of a triple ten foot by twelve foot by forty-five foot concrete culvert to replace the bridge washed out c. 1971. C.R. 240 is closed and would remain closed during construction. Approximately 100 feet of right of way would be required.
