This is a bridge project, BRF-018-1(45), located in Douglas County. The bridge is on SR 61 and crosses Sweetwater Creek. The existing structure is a 200 foot long by 24 foot wide bridge on timber piles and caps with steel beams and concrete deck. The existing ROW is 100 feet. The proposed project begins 1000 feet south of the existing bridge and ends 500 feet north of the bridge. The new structure is a 250 feet long and 44 feet wide concrete bridge at the existing bridge location. No additional ROW is required.
