This is a bridge project, BRMLB-9011(15), located in DeKalb County. The bridge is on Rockbridge Road and cross Snapfinger Creek. The existing structure is a 24 foot wide by 69 foot long bridge with a concrete deck on steel beams, timber pile bents, and vertical abutments of granite masonry. The existing ROW is 80 feet. The proposed project is 1500 feet long and will replace the existing structure with a 44 foot wide by 100 foot long bridge located 25 feet upstream on an improved alignment. The required ROW is between 100 and 110 feet.
