This survey was conducted as an act of due diligence for the Georgia Power, a Southern Company. The substation expansion area consists of two parcels located at 2297 Mount Vernon Road and 2303 Mount Vernon Road, which is an expansion of an existing substation. For this project, the Area of Potential Effect (APE) consists of the two expansion area parcels, which together consists of 1.9 acres (0.7 hectares [ha]).
