Cultural Resource Assessment, Proposed Washhouse Site, McKinney Public Use Area, Allatoona Lake, Georgia

A cultural resource assessment was performed on 17 October 1978 at the location of a proposed washhouse within the existing McKinney Public Use Area at Allatoona Lake, Etowah River, Georgia. The construction project will. involve the replacement of an existing camper restroom with a new washhouse. One archeological site was located. Impact to this site will be disturbance during construction of the drain field.
