Project PPL-32(56) Irwin-Coffee Counties will displace approximately one (1) owner occupied single family residence (white). The only other structures within the required right of way involve two (2) storage buildings and would require only a possible moving payment of personal items. There are no businesses within the required right of way. Additionally, there are no handicapped persons, farms, or other special interest groups involved. The one owner occupied residence displace involves a single family structure valued at approximately $40,000.00 (See Attachment #2). Comparable available housing within the project area ranges from $49,500 to $58,900 (See Attachment #3). There should be no problem in securing replacement housing and remaining within the $22,500.00 limit established for residential owners.
