Abstract

The site is located in the southwest quadrant of the Town of Stapleton. It is bounded on the west by East Prong Duhart Creek, on the north by a small branch stream which runs east and west, on the south by Avera Road and on the east by a line which is approximately 700 feet east and parallel to East Prong Duhart Creek. The site contains approximately 14 acres. The topo elevations rise from 374’ on the south side of the property to a high of 396 on the north side. The site is heavy to moderately wooded, with hardwoods in the low area and pines in the higher ground.
