This is a bridge project, BRZLB-137(14), located in Habersham County. The bridge is on County Road 240 and crosses Alley Creek. The existing structure is a 26 foot long by 12 foot wide bridge with concrete abutments, steel stringers, and a wood deck with runners in good condition. The edge of the existing roadway is the exiting right-of-way. The proposed project would replace the existing bridge with a 40 foot triple 10 foot by 8 foot concrete bridge culvert. The proposed culvert will utilize the existing bridge location. The roadway is to be closed during construction. The limits of the project are 1000 feet on either side of the existing site.
