This is a bridge project, BRZLB-071(23), located in Colquitt County. The bridge is on County Road 304 and crosses Bear Creek and the overflow. The existing bridge at the Bear Creek Overflow is 68 feet long and 19 feet wide and is a timber bridge. The existing structure at Bear Creek is a timber bridge that measures 48 feet long and 19 feet wide. There is 80 feet of existing right-of-way. The proposed project will replaces the existing bridge with a triple 9 foot by 6 foot by 38 foot concrete bridge culvert at each location. Both bridges will be replaced on the existing alignment with no additional right-of-way needed. This road will be closed during construction.
