This is a bridge project, BRF-036-2(7), located in Brantley County. The bridge is on State Route 32 and crosses Satilla River. The existing structure is 23.8 feet wide by 240 feet long and is on timber pilings and caps. The existing right-of-way is 80 feet. The proposed project would replace the bridge on the existing alignment with a 38-foot-wide by 840-foot-long bridge. The project will reconstruct the approaches from approximately 0.1 mile prior to 0.1 mile past the existing bridge to provide 24 feet of paving and 8-foot shoulders. Maximum required right-of-way is 100 feet.
