Abstract

The proposed work consists of milling, patching, resurfacing, striping, raised pavement markers, and installation of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant wheelchair ramps (curb cuts) along a 4.05 mile section of SR 154/Memorial Drive (Figure 1). The project begins at CS2081/Pearl Street in Fulton County, Georgia (MP 35.50- MP 36.26) and ends at SR 155/Candler Road Southeast in DeKalb County, Georgia (MP 0.00 - MP 3.32). The project will take place within existing right-of-way (ROW) which varies from 50 to 60 feet throughout. The limits of construction will be five feet from the edge of pavement.
