Abstract

The project consists of constructing a pedestrain bride on the north side of US 78 where it crosses the Yellow River. All construction will occur within the existing 75-foot wide US 78 right-of-way. The total length of the project is 360 feet. The area of potential effect is the width of the existing right-of-way on the north side of US 78, extending 50 feet west and 190 feet east of the existing highway bridge. The span of the bridge is 120 feet.
