In response to your letter on August 13, 1992 we are submitting an estimate in the amount of $15,104.70 covering 0.248 miles of Base and Surfacing on the above file project. Please note that you requested us to submit an estimate for Grading, Drainage, Base and Surfacing but on January 10, 1992 the county wrote a letter stating that they would be responsible for Grading and Draining the proposed project on 50' of Right of Way. The reduction was approved on march 12, 1992, therefore, our estimate is prepared for Base and Surfacing. Transmitted along with the estimate is all pertinent data necessary for let contract packages.
