This project consists of very minor additions of new right-of-way to an intersection improvement project archeologically surveyed in June of 2006. The revised plans call for additional small areas of right-of-way in three quadrants of three intersections in the town of Bainbridge. The project involves installing new signalization equipment and modifying curbs, signage and pavement markings. The area of potential effect for the revised (enlarged) project area includes small areas immediately adjoining the existing right-of-way at the following intersections in Bainbridge: SR 38 Bus. @ SR 1 Bus., .0044 ac in SW quad, .0045 ac in NE quad, and .0022 ac in SE quad SR 38 Bus. @ S. Simms St., .0026 ac in NW quad, .0059 ac in NE quad, and .0016 ac in SE quad SR 97/309 @ Louise St., .0048 ac in SW quad, .0126 ac in NE quad, and .0009 ac in SE quad.
