Abstract

Report participants are advised that you may proceed in accordance with the terms and conditions of General Permit No. 074 OYN GP0001 dated 1 July 1977 with the following work: to discharge approximately 7000 cubic yards of fill material, obtained from borrow pits, below the 100 year flood elevation incidental to widening existing bridge approaches over Cabin Creek crossing State Route 20 near Rome, Floyd County, Georgia. The fill will cover approximately 0.6 acre.  Work authorized by the General Permit for an individual project may be suspended or the authorization for the project revoked, if the Secretary of the Army or his authorized representative determines that there has been a violation of the terms and conditions of the General Permit. In addition, failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the General Permit may also result in the removal of the structures or work, restoration of the waterway, and/or imposition of penalties as provided by law.
