County Roads 9 and 121 are existing 5.8 to 6.2 meter wide paved county roads on 24.4 meters of existing right of way. This project proposes to widen these roadways by paving 0.6 meter of the existing shoulder left and right. The dirt that is removed for the paving will be pulled up to the edge of the resurfacing and leveled. The limits of this project are from State Route 37 to State Route 91 for a total distance of 17.5 kilometers. No additional right-of-way will be needed.
