To discharge approximately 10,200 cubic yards of fill material below the 100 year flood elevation covering 1.0 acre. The activity is incidental to widening the approaches and replacing the bridge over Red Bluff Creek on a County Road near Pearson, Georgia.
Work authorized by the General Permit for an individual project may be suspended or the authorization for the project revoked, if the Secretary of the Army or his authorized representative determines that there has been a violation of the terms and conditions of the General Permit. In addition, failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the General Permit may also result in the removal of the structures or work, restoration of the waterway, and/or imposition of penalties as provided by law.
