Projects FR-023-1(8), (9) in Atkinson and Coffee counties represents the proposed widening of U.S. 441/S.R. 31 from the intersection of U.S. 441 and U.S. 82 in Pearson to C.R. 588 approximately five miles south of Douglas. The existing two-lane facility would be widened to four-lanes.
