The Historic Preservation Division (HPD) has reviewed the information received concerning the above-referenced project. Our review is in accordance with the 2005 Nationwide Programmatic Agreement (NPA) among the Federal Communications Commission, the National Conference of State Historic Preservation Officers, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, for review under the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended.
Based on the information provided, HPD finds that no historic properties or archaeological resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places will be affected by this undertaking, as defined in 36 CFR Part 800.4(d)(1). Please note that historic and/or archaeological resources may be located within the project’s area of potential effect (APE). However, at this time it appears that they will not be affected by the above-referenced project. Any changes to this project as proposed will require further review by our office for compliance with the Section 106 process.
