Abstract

Georgia DOT Project BRM-3406(1) is an in-place bridge replacement over Okapilco Creek on Fifth Avenue in Moultrie, Georgia. Because the project is in-place only areas which have been disturbed by previous bridge construction will be affected. For this reason, no archaeological field inspection is necessary. It is concluded that this project will not affect the State's archaeological resources.
