The proposed project begins in Henry County at the intersection of S.R. 155 and S.R. 138 and proceeds east on Highway 138. Presently, S.R. 138 is 20 feet in width and has standard 10-foot shoulders. It is to be upgraded to 24 feet with 10-foot shoulders. A passing lane at the South River is pro-posed. Also, a relocation section which is approximately .75-mile-long is proposed at Highway 212. The proposed project terminus is at the junction of S.R. 20.
