Abstract

The United States Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), as part of a Federal Highway Emergency Relief for Federally Owned Roads (ERFO) Program, proposes to rehabilitate five Rock Creek Ford crossings and replace 28 under-sized culverts (Figs. 1-7). The proposed undertaking consists of seven discrete activity areas. Tables 1 through 7 summarize the activity locations. All coordinates are WGS 84 UTM Zone 17N.
