The records search was performed for the proposed Wyndam Tifton North project, which consists of 3.53 +/-acres of undeveloped land located at 2202 US Highway 41 North, Tifton, Tift County, Georgia. The project site is assigned Assessor’s Parcel Number 0045 048 by the Tift County Appraisal District. Currently the project site is structurally vacant land. The project site is Parcel A of a proposed lifestyle center known as Wyndam Garden. Parcel A will consist of a 4-story hospitality structure and is part of the Wyndam North master planned development.
